K-affinity propagation clustering algorithm for the classification of part-time workers using the internet

There has been a significant increase in the number of part-time workers last 3 years. Data collected from sakernas BPS showed that was 125,443,748 second period 2016. This rapidly increased 2017, 2018 and 2019 same period, by 128,062,746, 131,005,641, 133,560,880 workers. Based on years, East Java province highest use internet. research aims to determine internet using k-affinity propagation (K-AP) clustering. method is used produce optimal cluster points (exemplar) affinity (AP). Three clusters were sum smallest value ratio. The result 1, 2, have 3, 23, 5 members Bondowoso, Jombang, Surabaya districts.
